Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship pretty much everywhere on planet Earth.

How much does shipping cost?

Add items to your cart and enter your shipping address in the checkout to see shipping costs. We would never want to stand between you and that svelte jersey so we do everything we can to keep our shipping prices affordable.

How long does shipping take?

We aim to get your stuff to you as quickly as possible, but we are still a small company so please allow 1-2 days for order fulfillment. Once shipped, Domestic orders generally arrive in 2-5 business days and International orders take 5-14 days depending on the efficiency of your country’s custom controls.

Is tracking available?

We ship all orders with tracking. You will receive tracking info via email when your order leaves our shop

I live in London, can I pick up my order in person?

Yes, definitely. Email us prior to ordering and we’ll send you a code to enter upon checkout.

Returns

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it?

We are happy to exchange unused/unworn merchandise. To begin the process of exchanging your purchase send an email to orders@svelte.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to exchange

An item I purchased just doesn’t work for me, can I return it?

We can’t say we’re happy to offer you a return because of course we wish you lover your purchase. But we don’t want to make you unhappy so we’ll accept returns on any unused/unworn product. Send an email to orders@svelte.co.uk with your order number and the item you wish to return to initial the process. We do not refund shipping costs and the customer is responsible for shipping on returned items. Sale items are eligible for return.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

Please contact us as soon as you know you require a return or an exchange. We allow 30 days, from the day you receive your order, to return an item to us.

I purchased a Svelte item from a retail partner, can I return/exchange it through you?

Svelte only handles returns and exchanges for products purchased directly from us. Please contact the retail partner your items were purchased from to arrange a return or exchange.

Where do I send my return/exchange.

Please find the returns form and address here. When returning items to Svelte please be sure to package them carefully to protect them from damage in transit.

I crashed my kit, can I get a replacement?

First, we’re sorry to hear you crashed. The good news I we do offer a crash replacement discount. Some conditions do apply. Send an email to orders@svelte.co.uk with details and some photos of your damaged kit along with the order number from your purchase and we will provide you with a 25% discount for a replacement. The age of the kit will be taken under consideration and you may be required to send us the damaged kit to receive the replacement discount. Discount is only valid for replacement of a product of the same type e.g. a jersey for a jersey.

I received my order, but it seems to be defective, can you send me a new one?

The Svelte Team puts quality above all else, but sometimes manufacturing faults for occur. If you feel your product might be defective send a message to orders@svelte.co.uk
